Assumption of risk
Swimming and aquatic exercise involve inherent risks. Participants (or guardians) are asked to acknowledge these risks and sign a written waiver before the first session.
Health disclosure
Please tell us about any medical condition, injury or medication that may affect participation.
Parental / guardian consent
Participants under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete registration and the waiver on their behalf. A guardian must remain on site for children under 12.
