Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session.
Weather & closures
If we must cancel a session (e.g. facility closure or pool safety issue), you will be offered a make-up session or credit.
